Questions you were afraid to ask
The following is a list of questions asked through various conversations with our members, staff, etc. The list will grow as we get more questions. For now, here's the start.
1. "Why the name change?"
We need our members to know that we are actually part of the Wisconsin Builders Association, offering insurance services. To accomplish this, instead of launching an exhausting and expensive marketing campaign (which by the way, uses your dues) explaining how Build Wisconsin Insurances Services is actually a wholly owned subsidiary who offers the Insurance Services of Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA), we decided to call a duck a duck.
2. "Are you really offering more than before?"
Thanks to our partners, yes. The concept was simple, you can't fix one aspect of your insurance and financial situation without making sure it correlates with the rest.
When is the last time your life insurance agent, investment advisor, long-term care insurance specialist, employee benefits consultant, health insurance agent and disability insurance agent all sat down with you and made sure everyone was working toward the same common goal?
3. "Where do you get all of your information?"
From a variety of qualified sources ranging from the IRS to Wisconsin Guides to Long Term Care to our Partner's own literature. If you would like to know the source of any of the information posted on our site, email us your inquiry here.
4. "I see you mentioned certain products on the website, can you help with...?"
We're currently working on a more complete list of products and services right now. The issue is, it keeps getting longer. Here's the work in progress: List.
5. "Where's your pricelist?"
Look at the very top of this site. Click on "Get a Quote." Are we competitive? Yes. Will we be the least expensive? Usually. Are the products we offer some the very best the industry has to offer? You bet.
If our premiums for a certain policy are slightly more money than a different carrier who claims the policies are 'same thing', we invite you to ask yourself, "Why?". In most cases, a thorough analysis can help clear up grey areas with very black-and-white facts.
